കൊട്ടാരക്കര കോളേജ് ഹിന്ദി വിഭാഗം പ്രൊഫസർ ആയിരുന്ന വെരി റവ: ഡാനിയേൽ കോർ എപ്പി സ്കോപ്പ ഡിസംബർ 1 6 നു അന്തരിച്ചു . പതിനായിരകണക്കിന് ശിഷ്യ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ഉടമയാണ് ബഹുമാനപെട്ട അച്ചൻ ബഹു മാനപെട്ട ഡാനിയേൽ അച്ചന് കണ്ണീരിൽകുതിർന്ന ആദരാഞ്ജലി .കടമ്പനാട്:മലങ്കര ഓര്‍ത്തഡോക്സ് സഭയിലെ സീനിയർ വൈദികനും കൊട്ടാരക്കര സെന്റ് ഗ്രീഗോറിയോസ് കോളജ് മുന്‍ പ്രഫസറുമായ നെടിയകാലായില്‍ എ. ദാനിയല്‍ കോറെപ്പിസ്കോപ്പ (77) നിര്യാതനായി. സംസ്കാരം 2013 ഡിസംബർ 19-നു 3 മണിക്ക് കടമ്പനാട് സെന്റ്‌ തോമസ്‌ ഓർത്തഡോൿസ്‌ പള്ളിയിൽ നടത്തി . കൊട്ടാരക്കര കോളേജ് റിട്ടയേർഡ്‌ അധ്യാപകരുടെ അസോസിയേഷൻ ആര്ട്ട് അംഗങ്ങൾ അന്ത്യോപചാര മര്പ്പിച്ചു .ബസ്ക്കിയാമ : റിട്ട. ഹെഡ്മിസ്ട്രസ് അമ്മിണിക്കുട്ടി.മക്കള്‍: എബി ദാനിയല്‍ (സെന്റ് ഗ്രിഗോറിയോസ് എച്ച്എസ്എസ്, കൊട്ടാരക്കര), ഡോ. ബിജി ദാനിയല്‍ (ഗവ. ഹോമിയോ ഡിസ്പെന്‍സറി, പവിത്രേശ്വരം), ജോജി ദാനിയല്‍ (കാനഡ).മരുമക്കള്‍: ഫാ. ജോജി കെ. ജോയ് (കരുവാറ്റ സെന്റ് മേരീസ് പള്ളി വികാരി), ഷീബ എബി (തപോവന്‍ പബ്ളിക് സ്കൂള്‍, മണക്കാല), എയ്ഞ്ചല (കാനഡ)

ART -PERUNGALAM CAMP

Association of Retired Teachers (ART) of St. Gregorios College conducted its annual study camp and tour was held at Perungalam on 30^th November,2013. The Journey was started at Kottarakara Marthoma Jubilee Mandiram at 7.45 A.M by bus. Forty members took part the various programmes. 2 hours boating was begun at 11A.M.After the lunch business meeting was at 2.30 P.M. Perungalam Mar Thoma Dhyana Theeram situated on the scenically enchanting Perungalam island in Kollam is the only lakeside meditation center of the Marthoma Syrian Church, which was inaugurated on February 8^th 2013. This island is on the gleaming Astamudi lake blessed with indescribable tranquility and luxuriant greenery around, bordered with tall coconut palm trees that glide the fragrant brees blowing over the glittering fresh waters of the lake. The Centre that blends natural beauty with divine presence is an ideal place for conferences, retreates, holiday rest and amusement. The inspiring view of the rising and setting sun and the amazing ambience of varied hues and colours proclaim the boundless beauty of the handiwork of the Great Architect. Here is an opportunity to feel the spirit of the Nature and glorify the Almighty God

ART 13^TH CONFERENCE

13^th Annual Conference of the Association Retired Teachers (ART) of St. Gregorios College was held at Kalayapurm Neha Hall on 21^st September, 2013.The meeting began at 10.30 AM with Silent prayer. Prof. John Kurakar, Secretary of the association welcomed the members. Prof. Achamma John, President of the association presided. Prof. Abraham Philip, Patron inaugurated the Annual Meet. Prof. P.AMathew, Prof. G.M Tharakan Rev. Fr. Baby Thomas also spoke on the occasion. Dr. Ragesh, son of Prof. Susheela Devi delivered keynote address.Second Session began at 11.30 PM. Prof. Abraham Philip inaugurated the ART KARUNYA CHARITABLE TRUST. Prof. John Rajan, Prof. George Thomas, Mr. Eapen Cherian and Sr. Saramma Koshy also spoke on the occasion. Oath taking ceremony was at 12 PM. Dr. Thomas Panicker, Prof. G. Jacob, Prof. Devarajan and Prof. Geethakumari inducted as new members of the association.

Election New Office bearers

Dr. Jacob John selected as the New Present of the association and Prof. G.Jacob is the New Secretary of the association Prof. V.K Mathew is the treasurer. The last item of the day is entertainment program Quiz Program was very useful. Prof. Jacob .V Panicker was the Quiz Master. Prof T.J Johnson, Prof. Gracen George also participate on the arts programs. Prof. T.J Johnson delivered vote thanks. The annual meet concluded at 1.45 PM with Lunch.
